Varicose Veins – Large, raised, superficial swollen veins visible through skins. As per study, it affects up to 50% of women & 25% of men. The reason for this problem is abnormal blood flow through leg veins. This veins generally flows blood to heart upwards but if blood travel downward the veins gets pressurised causing veins to twist, swollen & bluish in colour.

Spider Veins – Different from varicose veins problem, spider veins are very thin, small, clustered like spider webs or starburst, purplish-blue or red in colour and close to skin. Most common in women than men and quite often after pregnancy.
